Many things go into planning a successful event

Special Event Planning Guide for Toilet Rentals

It is important to have the correct amount of portable toilet rentals for your indoor or outdoor special event. Without enough portable toilet rentals, your guests will leave early. You do not want long lines or complaints about the portable toilets being full or not smelling good. Your special event will be far more successful if there are plenty of portable toilet rentals for the amount of people in attendance. Portable restroom rentals are one of the most important features of special event planning.

In order to plan a corporate or municipal event, you need to pick dates and back up dates, make a budget, choose and reserve the location, obtain permits and coordinate transportation and parking, as well as plan for event registration procedures. And, depending on the type of event, some other tasks may include decorations and themes, choosing rooms, tables and chair design, and contracting electric, lighting crews, and audio/visual companies.

For an outdoor event, depending on the size and type of event, security, parking, the amount of portable toilets, emergency and health care, and clean up and sanitation are all things to plan for.

The true first step in planning an event is to prepare thoroughly. The most important thing to figure out first is the total expected number of guests. That number is going to affect everything. The amount of food, the number of tables, and how many portable restrooms (if needed) are all dependent on the maximum number of people that are planning to attend your event. If you are unsure of an exact number, round up. Too much is always better than not enough.

Once you know how many people are attending and what you want to serve, start making lists of everything you will need. Write down everything you can think of whether you need it or not just in case. Then put it all together on one final 'To-Do' list that you can work from and mark off tasks as they are completed.
